CANCELLATION POLICY

Our workshops are sometimes sold out weeks in advance,
so we must turn away participants who want to attend.

When you cancel your reservation,
this may leave an empty space that others would have used.
When you don't cancel, but fail to attend,
we may turn away walk-ins because we expected you.

We therefore now charge a fee of $50
if you cancel your reservation, fail to come,
or ask us to transfer your registration to a different date.
We will refund the balance of the registration fee.

When we know that spaces are still available,
we will accept walk-in registrations at the door.
However, if you have not registered in advance,
do not presume there will be space.
